My father received a Baumkuchen from Heinemann from his former employer. It was packed with so much unnecessary material. Apart from that, the Aldi Baumkuchen tastes better! Very disappointing!! Certainly too expensive.

I was very disappointed. I had ordered a cake in book form for my grandson for communion. I then ordered a lighthouse instead of a cross. I then paid immediately so that I only had to pick up the cake. When I picked it up, I was told I had to pay an additional € 12. I could have been told that beforehand. I was very disappointed. Therefore only one star.

I had a breakfast here, the meat and breads were fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was perfect. I recommend the Herzhaftes Frühstück.

At Heinemann, the clocks are put forward for 5 minutes so that you can finish work at 6 p.m. sharp, I was no longer served, it would be too late. When asked about the fact that her watch is set ahead and it is 5:31 pm (I showed her my watch on the cell phone) nobody was interested. Very, very customer unfriendly. Especially since the dishes are all just warmed up and prepared ... And that is not an isolated case. If you want above-average prices, then at least the service should be right. When I went out, 5 employees stood with their legs in their stomachs and waited for the end of the day, unbelievable!

What else can I say: Heinemann is a place where (cake) dreams come true. Absolutely competent staff, calm, but definitely fixed, friendly service and good food round off the overall picture. I personally like the restaurant area in Rheydt a little better than the one in MG. However, both locations are equally recommended.

Here you can have a good coffee indoors or outdoors. Delicious cakes to choose from as well as chocolates and truffles. We recommend.

The food and the service is outstanding! When around go and treat yourself, even if you're not that hungry, you'll love it. The cake is lovely and the hot meals are fantastic.
